CC Factory
The continuous casting line can produce coils with width up to1650mm.
Ingot DC Factory
4 ingot production lines equipped with EMS electromagnetic stirring. Pyrotek degasser,deep bed fillter and American ALMEX caster are apable of the production of 16 ton ingots
1850mm(1+3) Dc Line
1850 (1+3) hot rolling line equipped with secondary computer control system, GermanIMS multi-point scanning convexity meter, SIEMENS PLC system, ABB tension sensorand German Osborne scrubbing roll system as well as other advanced measurement andcontrol technology imported from abroad.
Cold Mill
Six-roller irreversible cold rolling mills are equipped with advanced control systemimported from Germany and Sweden, including ABB/SIEMENS flatness control systemMS gauge measurement system and EPC automatic centering control system. And canproduce aluminum coils with width up to 1700mm.
ANNEALING FURNACE PRODUCTION LINE
The annealing furnace adopts ABB frequency conversion control with nittrogen protection to ensure stable quality and meet the heat treatment requirements of aluminum plates,aluminum strips and foils in different tempers.
Pure-Stretch-Levelfex
ltalian SELEMA tension leveling line which adopts the pure tension levelingtechnology initiated in ltaly was introduced in China for the first time. lt can producehigh-precision CTP plate with flatness less than 5L based on the principle of expansionroller.
Foil Mill
Equipped with surface detector aluminum foil slitting machine, lithium battery aluminum foil slitting clean workshop, can produce thickness of 0.006mm aluminum foil
